I have bee
n a part of Flygare & Associates for almost 20 years and during that time span I have seen a lot of changes in the legal community.
I am fortunate to be able to wear many hats here ranging from reception, scheduling, accounts receivables, billing, conference room finder and Legal Videographer, Flygare representative for conventions and conferences just to name a few.
My children have been part of this Flygare family as well. My daughter Sandra, who is in nursing school, has three wonderful daughters I get to call my grandkids. My son, Chris Jr., who just turned 27 years old, is running his own used appliance business.
Along with Colleen, Patricia and myself, we have the office covered 24/7/365 just for you.
I feel very blessed to have this job and to work with so many wonderful people in the legal community and look forward to helping many more get their legal service needs met.

PATRICIA TUFFIELD: LEGAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST AND RECEPTIONIST
As a legal
transcriptionist at Roger G. Flygare & Associates, Inc., I take the CD of court proceedings and play the audio on our FTR program. In providing verbatim transcription, it requires that we listen carefully, sometimes multiple times, transcribing word-for-word, paying close attention to spelling, grammar, legal terms, legal cites, and so forth. All jobs are time sensitive and must be completed by the due date assigned.
After transcribing a recording, we proofread it, make a PDF copy on a CD, print the original and put it in a binder. Usually we email the copy to the client. Then, according to the client's instruction, either file the document with the court on the date specified, or mail it to the client so they can file it.
I enjoy working with the team at Flygare and Associates. Although we each have our individual assignments, we work as a team to meet our client's expectations. Roger and Karla Flygare foster a supportive work environment ensuring our individual success.
Hobbies: Reading, family, and traveling.
COLLEEN DONOVAN: LEAD TRANSCRIPTIONIST
With exten
sive background in residential, commercial and agricultural real estate transactions; legal, contracts, escrow and title, the terminology and knowledge of procedures in that experience has been very helpful to me as a transcriptionist.
The work affords us exposure to new and interesting fields in transcribing such matters as proceedings of varied level court cases, 911 and voicemail calls, Senate hearings, discovery documentation, interviews of politicians and law enforcement interviews.
Working for Roger G. Flygare and Associates is very rewarding and I appreciate the opportunity to have access to the vast experience and training that the company provides.
